We have a beautiful villa with a swimming pool on the coast of Kenya at Diani Beach.  The villa lies 45 kilometer south of Mombasa and 400 metres from the beach. The floor space of the house is 160 m2 total, the entire plot area is 1000 m2. In the garden you can find bananas, mangos, pawpaws etc.. The villa is equipped for 5 people and expansion is possible. There are 2 floors.The ground floor comprising large veranda with dining facilities for 6 people and sofas for 6 persons. Two large bedrooms each with a large 2 bed (Kingsize) with a fan above each bed. A large bathroom with toilet and a shower. A kitchen with both gas and electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, and everything else in a kitchen. The above floor can be used for extra sleeping accommodation. Also there is a garage with carport. The villa is located in the resort Coconut Grove 2 and guarded day and night.

Staff
Monitoring day and night. Everyday there is a gardener and a housekeeper. It is also possible to hire a cook so you do not need to cook for yourself. Everything is carefully managed by the caretaker who speaks German and English.

Environment
In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, bars and nightclubs. At 4 kilometer away is a large shopping mall where a bank with ATM. The nearest hospital is in Diani (about 7 kms), and has many Western staff.

Things to do?
From Diani Beach there are many possibilities for Safari, for example Tsavo East and West National Park, Shimba Hills National Park, boat trips, dive safaris, and various excursions.

Transfer
The transfer to and from Mombasa Airport can be arranged. Car rental and safari can be arranged.

Pricelist
Rent €450 per week for up to 4 people. For each additional person €50 per week. The villa can also be hired for a longer time, ask for special price.
